Leadership in CAPRO
Leadership in CAPRO is plural, rotational, quadrennial, multilayered and linear. Successive incumbent can serve for a maximum of two terms after which new leaders are either elected or selected into respective offices and roles. In CAPRO we de emphasise posts and emphasise duties. The basis for leadership is the positive character qualities, maturity, impact, testimony, influence and devotion to service exhibited by individuals. In CAPRO, leadership is not a status to venerate, but a charge to hold in trust as unto the Lord. The call to leadership is not a promotion but a charge to be taken up prayerfully and with a commitment to remain accountable both to the Lord and to the CAPRO family.
