Experience Annual Discipleship & Missions Conference [DMC 2020].
Conference this year is holding online via zoom.
Conference Theme: “Understanding the Times” … So What?
“From Issachar, men who understood the times and knew what Israel should do—200 chiefs, with all their relatives under their command” – 1 Chronicles 12:32
We are living in unprecedented times. COVID-19 is causing widespread disruption. Post-lock-down realities daily present complexities, concerns, anxieties and fears about what is coming upon the world.
The 2020 conference is aiming to address the following issues:
1. How do we respond in times like this as Great Commission Christians?
2. How do we avoid getting sucked into the frenzy of bogus apocalyptic narratives and distracting conspiracy theories that are flying around everywhere?
3. Like the children of Issachar, do we have succinct understanding of the times, and knife-edge discernment to keep kingdom headlines in bold prints?
4. The good news of God’s kingdom must be preached as a witness to all people groups in order to bring back our Lord and King (Matt.24:14). How can the Church and Great Commission Christians engage with the remaining tasks among frontier unengaged, unreached people groups?
5. What does it take to reach the frontiers peoples and how can you be involved?
